Possible Contest is Underway!

Thank you so much to the 21 people who commented yesterday! I'm getting a rough idea of what type of contest you guys would like. But I still need a few more bright ideas/suggestion/help!

So far, lots of people suggested the time given should be around a month and the theme should be some kind summer theme activity thing. Also, two people said they’d like a print from whatpumpkin as a prize.  I’ll just say right now that having that type of prize is HIGHLY unlikely.
However, I have not decided on a theme/time/prize etc. yet because I have been unable to contact slytherinyourpants. I have a feeling the contest will be either late July or late August. Unless I can find some truth worthy deviants to help me. (Guys. Help.)

far-off-light in particular suggested donations. Since I'm low on funds and resources, I think it would be AWESOME to get a few donations towards the prize.

Since this contest is coming along, what should the guidelines be for said contest? Also, another question for you all; how do you think we could avoid getting 0 submissions like last year? (Because that SUCKED.)
